It’s already been quite a year, hasn’t it? Wait, is it still only January? *siiiigh*
In the spirit of life being A LOT already, I’d like to offer you a few ways to step into restoration practices and offer you an opportunity for deep exploration.
#1: Join me for restorative Forest Bathing at Daniel Stowe Conservancy . I’ll be guiding 2-hour experiences there in February (Trip to the Tropics), March thru June, and September thru December. Find out dates + times and register here: https://danielstoweconservancy.org/visit/events/
#2 A new retreat opportunity: I’ll be partnering with Julie Westhofen to offer two days of forest bathing and contemplative photography at the Springbank Retreat center in Kingstree, SC, February 24th and 25th. A very affordable $395 includes meals, lodging, and program. For more info + to register: https://springbankretreat.org/product/embracingserenity/
#3: 3rd Annual wildHER Adventure! We’ll be rafting Gates of Lodore on the Green River starting in Colorado and ending in Utah. Five days, four nights, no experience necessary. For more info + to register: https://coaching.mrslaine.com/wildher-gates-of-lodore-womens-river-retreat/
This year it feels CRITICAL to both speak up and out (advocacy) AND to practice going down and in (restoration and rooting). I hear it’s going to be a wild ride, frightening at times, and my own practices in nature, stillness, and grounding will sustain me.
I’d love to see you for any/all of these opportunities to practice your own restoration + exploration. Simply reply here if you have ANY questions.
Warmly,
Angie
