I’d like to offer you a few ways to step into restoration practices and opportunities for deep exploration in nature:
#1: Forest Bathing: Join me in person for restorative Forest Bathing at Daniel Stowe Conservancy. I’ll be guiding 2-hour experiences there March thru June, and September thru December. Find out dates + times and register here: https://danielstoweconservancy.org/visit/events/
#2: Photographer friends + fans of synchronous fireflies: My hubby is a teaching his 3rd annual Photography Synchronous Fireflies in person at Earthshine Lodge in Rosman, NC. We get the entire 77 acres to ourselves to photograph fireflies at night and explore by day (when you’re not in the workshop learning camera settings and editing techniques). There’s space to bring a non-photography friend or spouse, too. Space is limited. Learn more and register here:
#3: 3rd Annual wildHER Adventure! We’ll be rafting Gates of Lodore on the Green River starting in Colorado and ending in Utah. Five days, four nights, no experience necessary. Only three seats remaining. For more info + to register: https://coaching.mrslaine.com/wildher-gates-of-lodore…/
Virtual Options: Starting later in April, I’ll be offering two restorative experiences VIRTUALLY (meaning: on the Zooms) per month. These experiences will be donation-based. I’ll be offering Virtual Forest Bathing and ecoNIDRA (TM). Stay tuned for details and how to register.
Finding time for stillness and quiet in nature is incredibly important for your mind, body, and soul. I hope you’ll join me for one or more of these experiences this year.
Warmly,
Angie
