After a guided forest bathing experience, people consistently tell me:
“I did not realize how badly I needed this quiet time in nature.”
If you’re ready for some quiet time, go find somewhere to just sit.
Maybe it’s your backyard, a local or state park, or a near a creek or pond. Turn off your devices, maybe even slip off your shoes. Just SIT. Ten minutes does a body good; 30 minutes is truly restorative. And it’s okay to get fidget – your body and brain are most likely unfamiliar with practicing stillness. Try it anyway.
And if you’re curious about experiencing a guided Outside Perspective, I offer 1:1 walks and group walks. Reach out and let’s get an experience on the calendar.
Warmly,
Angie
