During an integration call with a client this week, I said, “Ah, the practice now is to ‘re-peace’ yourself.”
She understood immediately.
I think this is THE THING that each of have a responsibility to learn and practice. And I do mean responsibility – to ourselves, our families, our teams, and to our communities.
Stress and uncertainty are at an all time high.
Figuring out what step to take next cannot be done from a place of fear, anxiety, or a lack of clarity.
Instead, learn to RE-PEACE yourself.
Then from that place of calm and peace, you can make your next right step. Take your next right action. Choose your next right decision.
