Whole Body Leader: A Retreat to Align Your
Inner and Outer Journeys
Our modern experience is LOUD. Busy. Crammed full of obligations, To Do lists, people to manage, and organizations to lead. It’s easy to lose your connection with your inner world – your inner voice – and focus too much on that outer journey of achievement, striving, hustling, and leading.
But your inner world IS a deeply powerful part of you and she is vast and wise. This voice knows you (maybe better than you know yourself right now) and you know it (though she may be a little unfamiliar these days).
She has wisdom she wants to share and it relates strongly to your outer journey. In other words, she’s got opinions about this outer journey of achievement, striving, and hustling.
During this retreat, you’ll practice accessing your own inner voice by eliminating distractions, turning off the noise of life, and settling into periods of deep stillness.
You’ll explore how your inner dialogue impacts your outer world AND…how the outer dialogue impacts your inner world. (See how that works?)
This retreat is an invitation for you to bring your whole body, your entire being, into alignment with wisdom, authenticity, and (guaranteed) some levity and humor.
Participating in this retreat was a huge step for me into the unknown. I went into the weekend unsure of what would take place. By stepping out of my comfort zone, I have new insights into myself and encouragement that I can continue to do things that help me grow. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience an antidote to complacency!

“Molly did not judge and invited us all to dig deeper into ourselves. I loved that she had her own insights that she was willing to share with us and that she allowed us to be a part of her process too. Her humility, honesty and authenticity are pure magic!”past retreat participant

Earthshine Lodge and Cottage
Private Rooms (6 available)
Private rooms have a queen bed and private bath.
Semi-Private Rooms with 2 people per room (8 available)
Semi-private rooms have a queen bed and bath on the first level and two twin beds in a loft. Two people will share this room and the bathroom.
What the heck is forest bathing?
Forest bathing is the Japanese art of thoughtfully spending time in nature. The official name is Shinrin-Yoku and literally means taking in the atmosphere of the forest through our six senses.
What does “semi-private” room mean?
The rooms at Earthshine Lodge have a queen bed and a bathroom plus a staircase leading to a loft with twin beds. The semi-private room set up will house two people (one upstairs in a twin bed, one downstairs in the queen bed) and those two people will share the bathroom located in that room.
What should I bring for the weekend?
Because it’s the mountains, bring layers. Outerwear for rain, warm layers for cooler evenings in the mountains, and lighter wear for the heat of the day. We’ll be doing a mixture of indoor and outdoor activities. Meals will be served on the main level of the Lodge. Some activities will be fireside, some will happen on the second floor of lodge (inside and out on the deck), while other activities will be out in the woods along the trails on the property. Bring your favorite journal and pen. Bring any special snacks you might want. You will be WELL FED. This will include healthy snacks during the day between meals.
What is the cancellation policy? If you need to cancel, here are the details:
Cancel at least 60 days before the retreat and we’ll refund your registration fee minus a $50 administrative fee.
Cancel 30-60 days before the retreat and we’ll return 50% of your registration fee.
