I’m curled up on the couch today with my new kitten Hobbes who is fast asleep in my lap. One of the big, slobbery dogs is hogging up the rest the available couch space.
My day of rest today happened on purpose. I knew I’d be worn out (in a good way) from sharing a ton about The Five Essential Business Systems (TM) with a select group of smart business owners at the retreat yesterday.
It was a great day and participants had nothing but good things to say about the presentations and activities.
Plus, there were lots of tasty snacks and other brain food to keep them going!
Even though the day was long, it was action-packed with advice, demonstrations, and more. Each participant found different parts of the day particularly awesome for their unique needs and businesses.
I will say, though, that ONE tip I gave to the group left them all gob smacked. This one time management tip will create time, reduce aggravation, and will probably put money in their pockets immediately upon implementation. It’s one secret process I use as part of Essential Business System number #5 (Owner’s Mindset and Toolbox) and Essential Business Systems #1 (Getting Clients). And it has almost nothing to do with actually getting clients.
It’s a shame you weren’t there, ‘cuz then you’d know what I told them.
