Instead of the GO GO GO…
You offered yourself the opportunity to slip off your shoes and try some s.l.ow. s.l.o.w. s.l.o.w?
Many of the folks I work with have nervous systems that are jacked up tight. Fight, flight, freeze, froth…or some combination of the four.
Their minds are in control of their bodies and thoughts are spinning FAST.
Monkey mind. Hamster in a wheel. Never enough. Doing it wrong. Could/should do it better. Can’t stop. Won’t stop.
I know there’s a different way.
And s.l.o.w.i.n.g. way down is the first step.
Back into your body, breath, and BEing.
Give it a try: slip off your shoes, connect with the Earth, and walk slowly.
It might just be the antidote to the hustle, the grind, and the go go go that you are desperately seeking (and needing).
