This world we live in is loud, over-stimulating, and A LOT sometimes, isn’t it?
If you’re like me, you lose yourself in it sometimes. Your center goes all cattywampus.
The answer to find your Center?
Gifting yourself time away from social media, away from the television, away from so many other people’s views and opinions…
It’s important to find, create, make this time to unplug.
I know for myself, sometimes all I need is 30 minutes in the morning. A bit of a sit spot outside. A bit of reading. A little time to pull some cards from an oracle deck and ponder the messages.
And SOMETIMES I need DAYS. Days away from the crush of humanity. Days away from cars and sirens and barking dogs and yelling people and ALL THE INPUT AND OUTPUT AND INFORMATION.
I need to float in my boat and watch the current.
I need to sleep in the sand under the stars.
I need to eat simple food.
I need to stare at a campfire late into the night and say nothing, for sometimes there’s no talking necessary…what’s called for is BE-ing.
My friend Sylke Laine and I want to offer YOU the opportunity to immerse yourself in the practice of nothingness. To float and simply watch a current flow. To sleep in the cool air, nestled into the warm sand. To star gaze and be completely AWED by the mystery of it all.
Will you join us?
There are five seats available.
If this post made you lean forward…
If this post made you sigh with longing…
If it stirred your heart…
If it tumbled your insides…
I think one of those spots is yours.
Warmly,
Angie
