I am in the home stretch of my 6-month Forest Therapy Certification through the ANFT (Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs).
The final call is next week. As one of our last projects, we were tasked with doing a “Harvest” and I was really stuck on what to do.
Today I realized that I’d been “harvesting” memories and bits of Nature for the past 6 months from different places I’ve led Forest Therapy walks or had done solo walks on my solo weekends away.
In honor and in celebration, I wanted to share my Forest Therapy Harvest work. It delights me!
Are you spending time in Nature? How does it benefit you? I’d love to hear!
Warmly,
Angie
PS: Want to spend time in Nature with ME? Join me May 13th – 15th in the mountains of North Carolina at the GORGEOUS Earthshine Lodge. We’ll be FOREST BATHING together Saturday afternoon. For details – click the button below.
