I think time management “hacking” is kinda RIDICULOUS. (Or really, most “hacking” related to health, wealth, and business is ridiculous).
Truth is, our bodies and brains need BREAKS.
We aren’t machines, able to run without food, bio breaks, and movement for long stretches at a time.
Simply paying attention to your BODY throughout the day goes a long way in keeping you working efficiently and effectively.

Then…gift yourself some new ways to hack/love yourself.
