“I’ve got these jars on the shelf,” she said. “And I liked them there, lids screwed down tight. For a long, time I really liked that.”
“Now,” she said, “I’m ready to unscrew some of those lids and examine what’s in those jars. It’s time. I’m ready.”
THIS is the level of readiness my clients bring to our work together. A willingness to unscrew the lids and look in the jars. To examine the darker corners. To bring LIGHT into LIFE.
This is powerful, transformational work.
It’s NOT:
A. hustling after arbitrarily set goals
B. ignoring or pushing aside your thoughts and emotions
C. maintaining the status quo
D. talk therapy
E. a fast fix
F. only for women
Yes, we’ll use a variety of tools – including IFS (Internal Family Systems), The Work with Byron Katie, ACT, nature immersion, and more – but there’s also magic, kismet, and more that happens during our sessions together.
If you’re READY to dive in…or even just ready enough to put your toes in the waters of change…I’d love to talk with you.
In the process and on the other side of this work is:
- Relief – letting go of the guilt, confusion, frustration.
- Compassion – for yourself, your choices, your decisions, And a renewed compassion for others, too.
- Clarity – about what you want and what’s the right thing to do next.
- Joy, peace, satisfaction, fulfillment – it happens on the inside and then blasts out of you bright enough for others to notice and comment on the difference.
- Renewal – you’ll literally see yourself and the world differently.
Does this happen overnight?
NOPE.
It’s a minimum 100 days commitment. But often six months or year brings the deepest, lasting, jaw-dropping, heart-opening transformations.
Warmly,
Angie
PS: And big thanks to Nelson Stegall Photography for this portrait of me out among the giant trees in Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest.
