I think I’ve hit a nerve with a couple of recent posts about “stopping and softening.” You can read one of them in their entirety with the link below.
I asked a couple of questions at the end of the one linked below: “But if you have all the money in the world, but don’t have inner peace…does it matter? Is it worth it?”
One of recent clients replied, “So true, I believe there is a lot of times the underlying buzz of…. if I stay busy, I don’t have time to look at what’s wrong in my life. When I was traveling with the bank a lot, most of the time I was alone, which I loved. At night in my hotel room I would cry. Hard cry like I had lost a loved one. I never knew why. I realized this weekend that’s the only time I was able to relax and release everything I was holding on too. So thankful ‘flight’ isn’t my full time way of life anymore.”
Gentle reader – if you are finding yourself filled with anxiety, pushing yourself to be SO BUSY and never stopping, and/or finding yourself crying at night (often), I’d like to suggest there’s a different way to do life. A much kinder, slower, gentler, more compassionate way.
And the good news is: I can help. Please reach out and let’s talk!
