We collectively are a stressed-out bunch, aren’t we?
The constant “input” from sources outside ourselves has disconnected you from your internal voice (innate wisdom).
There’s a lot of noise. Pressure. Comparison.
I’d like to invite you to come walk in the woods with me.
Two hours in the woods with me allows you to calm and quiet your mind, your nervous system, and your breathing.
Other benefits:
- The smell of nature boosts your NK cells (the ones that boost immunity and fight cancer).
- Walking outdoors during “work time” might feel like rule-breaking. In truth, it boosts your creativity and executive-thinking (hello new and awesome strategy ideas and problem-solving!)
- Nature offers you new perspectives (and sometimes, so do I)
- Fewer people, fewer distractions, less noise = a clearer mind
Interested? REPLY to this email and I’ll send you a link to schedule. I’ve got ONE spot left for January (and a few in February).
And yes, it’s WINTER, meaning it’ll be a BRISK and REFRESHING time outdoors. I like to say: we walk rain or shine. The only time we reschedule is if there’s ice, ice baby!
Warmly (heh!),
Angie
