That sticky question is gumming up your life, isn’t it?
Unanswerable. Confusing. Embarrassing, even.
Smart, capable you…
But…questions!
“Why do I have so much anxiety?”
“Why I am so hard on myself, even though I can give others grace?”
“Why am I not happy?”
“Why can’t I figure out what I really want?
I celebrate when people come to me with these questions.
My mentor, Martha Beck, says, “Not knowing is a positive thing. It opens the attention aperture and allows you to bring in new knowledge, and new experiences. It allows you to tap in more specifically to the truth you feel inside yourself.”
And that’s the key to everything – feeling the truth inside you.
It isn’t always easy nor are the answers it shares popular, acceptable, and mainstream.
But tapping into it gives you PROFOUND RELIEF
There’s a question knocking around endlessly in your head. Do you dare catch it?
Warmly,
Angie
PS: I’m running TWO retreats this spring. Both will give you the quiet and space to “tap in.” Interested?
