My goal is — and has always been — to get people thinking about themselves in a different way.
Instead of restriction or judgement or condemnation, I want you to see the possibilities that COMPASSION and genuine SELF-LOVE creates in your life and work.
Why is this important to me?
Because I spent YEARS loathing myself. Berating myself for mistakes. Thinking I was unattractive. And, really importantly, thinking I was unworthy of love.
It’s taken me a LOT of therapy and coaching to get to a place where I now feel true compassion for myself. Where I deeply, truly love and accept myself. And where I feel a near-constant hum of peace inside me no matter what foolishness is happening in the world around me.
