I’m thinking about the word LIBERATION today.
Definition: “The act of liberating or setting free; deliverance from restraint or confinement; enlargement; disengagement, as from constraint or obligation, or from mixture: as, liberation from prison or from debt; the liberation of a country from tyrannical government.”
My journey of liberation has been years in making. Is still ongoing. It’s been hard and it’s been powerful.
Here’s the secret I’ve figured out: the more I am ME, the happier I am. The more fulfilling life is. And, interestingly, the more money I make.
I won’t lie – it started with everything falling apart. Interpersonal conflict, financial strife, and feeling increasing apathy about my work and business. I had moved twice in a short amount of time, gotten married, lost my identity in that, and was starting to fully resented life. I also got an auto-immune disease that had me struggling to get out of bed most mornings.
So I slowed down. And in some places, I stopped. I wandered barefoot in the woods. I sat quietly by streams. I slept (a lot). I leaned on my husband for support. And I listened – to my coaches, to my internal narratives, and to the magic & miracles I saw slowly unfolding around me.
Interestingly, a few years later, my husband started experiencing an unraveling of his own.
We decided to go all in and blew up our lives in order to slow down and travel. Having the time away helped us listen to our inner voices.
Recently, my coach said, “The solution to uncertainty isn’t certainty. The solution to uncertainty is CREATIVITY.”
Turns out, freedom allowed my hubs and I to be wildly creative. To play. To learn. To try new things. To fail. To make some hard decisions. And, interestingly to succeed.
And we felt LIBERATED.
So it’s no surprise that my work with clients is about LIBERATING them from suffering. It’s about UNLEASHING their CREATIVITY. It’s about transforming their shame into radical SELF LOVE. As they do this, they set themselves free – one thought, one word, one action at time.
If you’re interested in working with me, know this: it’s a process over time, not a checklist of actions to be completed in 30 or 60 or even 90 days. It’s powerful, and it can be intense. But HOLY.MOLY. is it worth it.
I’ve got two spots available until June. Are you ready to claim one of them? PM me and I’ll send you a link to my calendar for a brief chat to get to know one another.
Warmly,
Angie
