I help women (and some men) who are outwardly very successful but inwardly really hard on themselves to flip the script of negative self talk. And I don’t do it with cheesy affirmations or by blowing sunshine around.
Life is too short to go around gas-lighting yourself, talking badly about yourself, or just flat out being unkind to you.
You might find a part of yourself that just wants to be heard – and once you hear her, she RELAXES.
You might find a part of yourself that is ANGRY – and once you hear that part, you can work together.
Or you might find that Inner Wisdom part that’s been there all along, but you were simply moving too fast to hear. She has the answers you seek!
Intrigued?
I don’t do a good job of talking about this deeper inner work that I do with clients.
As an example…on Monday, a potential client had an hour long “Experience of Coaching” with me.
Her insight for the call?
She said, “I have a degree in psychology. All the questions you asked me, I’d already asked myself. But when we started to work with my emotions the way you do it…WOW. I’ve never done that and I feel like I have so much more clarity for why I act the way I do! Thank you.”
Gentle reader, might I help YOU with changing some mean internal self-talk?
Warmly,
Angie
