My people are NOT dabblers.
Once they discover their thing, they are ALL IN.
–> My people make fast decisions.
–> They aren’t unnecessary risk-takers or thrill-seekers, but are thoughtful about weighing their options. When they decide, they decide with their whole being.
–> Most of my people have been in business for 5, 7, and sometimes more than 10 years. Or they’ve dedicated themselves to a long career (which is often unsatisfying if they are contacting me).
–> They are life-long learners. Curious. Seeking.
–> They are also strivers and sometimes forgot to turn off their technology and chill out.
–> My people are seeking excellent – for themselves, their companies, everyone.
–> Sometimes they get stuck in the hustle and grind or the go, go, go.
–> Usually when they are stuck, one question or one insight is all they need to begin making a powerful change.
–> My people are serious, focused women and curious, open-hearted men.
–> They are able to flex, bend, zig, and zag when necessary, while always keeping their eyes looking forward.
–> They like hard questions. And they like to go deep during our coaching and Wayfinding sessions.
–> They aren’t fearless, but they are brave and deeply courageous.
–> My people are not “regular”…they are extraordinary.
