People sometimes question the value of coaching, especially if they haven’t tried it…and most especially if they haven’t worked with a truly powerful coach. People often diminish coaching down to paying to get advice or to fix a specific problem.
I can confidently say coaching + Wayfinding are radically different. I’m in the business of transformation – of your thinking, of your BE-ing, and of your past, present, and future. And, to be crystal-clear, I hire my own coaches for the same transformations in my own life.
The strengths I bring to the coaching engagement (and to most interactions):
- I am exceptional at challenging people’s thinking and providing an alternative viewpoint.
- I almost always see the elephant in the room that my client (or potential client) isn’t willing to voice out loud. I will call it out (gently and with compassion, but clearly + definitively, while always being willing to be wrong).
- I live in the land of possibility and invite my clients to join me there.
- When a client plays full out with me, the possibility of them 10x-ing life isn’t just a wish…they watch it become a reality with each aligned decision they make towards their true integrity.
- I practice DEEP listening with no agenda. I am in service to the person in front of me, 100%.
