The potential (expectation?) to work 24/7/365.
Mind ON, swirling, racing, running.
Always YES (even when there’s not actually any extra time).
High cortisol. High adrenaline. Hyped UP.
You’re IN IT.

What about time to SEE the bigger picture?
What about sitting next to a tree or a pond or the ocean?
What about walking and holding hands with a beloved?
What about a quiet mind?
What about stepping back?
How about saying NO?
Why not a sabbatical?
