Slow cooker or pressure cooker?
Your life…
Your work…
Your goals…
Your expectations…
Listening to Jonathan Fields’s “Sparked” podcast recently, his guest Jadah Sellner shared this brilliant concept during their conversation “How Do We Know What Truly Sparks Us vs. What’s Social Conditioning?”
I know that my work with clients is definitely “slow cooker.” In fact, I’ve worked with some people off and on for 10 years. That build of insight to action back to insight and into action…it works!
I’m also love working with clients to explore what Jonathan calls “Realign, Reimagine, or Reinvent.”
Each of these takes time, too.
If you’re in a period of life that is calling for something different, consider if it’s realignment (same role, new eyes) or if a reimagining or a total reinvention might be coming. Each are beautiful, useful, and rewarding in their own ways!
So, back the first part of this: slow cooker or pressure cooker? How’s your soup coming along? What if there was less pressure and more simmering?
Warmly,
Angie
