“Are you complete for today?” I asked.
We were only 31 minutes into our 60-minute session…
“Yup. I don’t think there’s anything better for today than where we are,” said my client. “And I’ll enjoy keeping my door closed for the next 20 or so minutes.” This last part was said with a laugh and a smile.
Over the course of our coaching together, this client has gotten:
- More organized
- Clearer in her communication + expectations with her team
- To Do’s written down and actually completing them (less firefighting and more working ON her business)
- Focused on the future and how she wants to represent her organization and contribute to her community
- More confident about having those crucial conversations (with everyone)
- More in tune with what SHE wants and how she wants to spend her time
In her words, it’s time to “pop the confetti cannon!”
I am hugely celebrating with her. We’ve worked together for three rounds of coaching.
Each time, she’s dug deeper, been more honest, and has seen even better results. Small changes over time = BIG change.
And, today’s call started with her saying, “I don’t have anything pressing to talk about.”
So, we relaxed into conversation. I felt for the threads of energy in that conversation and pulled on them. By minute 31, she was so clear about the future, her intentions, and her desires, that she felt complete.
Coaching works and it’s so fun to experience results like these!
Warmly,
Angie
PS: I could also make a connection to my upcoming Be Wilder Backpacking + Wayfinding Adventure in April. Small steps each day move us to some nice total mileage over the course of the weekend. You’ll have internal progress happen while you’re out there, too. Want to join me? https://angiestegall.com/be-wilder/
