Over the weekend, I learned a new term: Stealth Agenda
I was asking another coach/consultant about her subversive reason for the work she was doing. The reason under the reason.
Her answer made Karen and me laugh out loud:
“I’m sick of the way the world is right now.” Or something close to that.
And I shared my stealth agenda:
I’m helping people walk themselves home.
To their hearts.
Self-love. Self-acceptance. Radical self-compassion.
When we can heal our parts and move back into Integrity (wholeness; one-thing), we become more available to do better work in the world. We’re more present for other. We are in the moment more often. Our listening improves. So does our quality of attention.
We contribute, enhance, expand, nourish, and create (rather than consume, produce, or take).
The world needs people who have come alive!
And I’m here to help with that agenda.
It’s the work my clients are up to, even if they don’t 100% realize it.
How about you? What’s your stealth agenda? How is it in service of the world?
Warmly,
Angie
