“I’ve learned that loving yourself requires a courage unlike any other. It requires us to believe in and stay loyal to something no one else can see that keeps us in the world – our own self worth.” Mark Nepo
In the last few weeks, I’ve had the pleasure of spending hours in the woods with clients.
This sacred time, called “An Outside Perspective,” has been transformational for the women who stepped in and said YES.
While the focus of their individual sessions are confidential and theirs alone, I can share that each of them said YES to themselves.
YES to walking courageously into their truth. SEEing it right there in front of them. No phones, no social media, no other people interfering with their intuitive sense of “THIS IS ME.”
When people walk in the woods with me, they often enter the woods with one of three mindsets:
- A Reckoning – “I don’t want life to go on like this. I’m bored, miserable, confused, angry, or “fine.”
- A Remembering – “HOLY CRAP – I DO know ME. I DO know what I want!”
- A Relaxing – “I’m right where I’m supposed to be. I can feel my nervous system settle down. My breathing slows. I’m delighted to be here, now. Ahhhhhhhh…”
There’s a secret though, about this.
If you’re interested in joining me for “An Outdoor Perspective,” OR you’re curious about joining me for one of my retreats, PM me and I’ll share the secret with you…
Warmly,
Angie
