Often, the problem or issue or topic a client brings to our session isn’t actually “the thing” they’re wrestling with.
OR it is and they’re making “the thing” they’re wrestling with bigger or more dramatic than it needs to be.

So my job as a coach is give my clients BETTER problems to solve. More impactful. Weightier. Farther out in the future.
I ended my morning client session saying this, “Now that particular juicy question gives you something real to chew on.”
