Join me either on Friday, February 21st from 4 – 6 pm OR Saturday, February 22nd from 8 – 10 am INSIDE the Williamson Conservatory at Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden for TROPICAL Forest Bathing!

It will be a delight of sights, sounds, smells, textures, and tastes (no, we won’t be tasting any plants).
