I just wrapped up a short-sprint engagement with a client. Our focus: helping this client be more strategic and intentional making decisions and taking on new commitments (or not); working on confidence and assertiveness, and finding focus again.
With one activity, she realized that having too much going on meant she was not being effective anywhere (personally or professionally).
Her results after 3 months of coaching with me:
–> “I feel so much better. So much more energized!”
–> Her ability to say NO was strengthened
–> She got much more okay letting things go
–> She practiced asking for what she needed
–> She got clear on her actionable values
–> She feels supported by Board
–> She begin both a writing proposals again and working on a paper to be published (things she did not have the time or energy for when we started working together in January)
