For the last couple weeks, I’ve been meeting with “Ron.”
Ron’s business is growing quickly. He’s seeing his To Do list increase and he’s feeling his overwhelm beginning to creep upwards. He’d been managing to run his business by “making it up as he went along” but knew it wasn’t really working anymore. He was tired. Overwhelmed. And beginning to feel really frustrated.
Since he’s a smart guy, he reached out to his network to ask for help.
Someone suggested he contact me. When he did, his exact words to me were, “At the end of each day, I’ve done a lot. But I’m not exactly sure what I’ve accomplished.”
Ahhhh…such a common experience for a business owner who’s doing it all (or very nearly all). Lots of details, moving parts, and a business owner in the middle of it. And it ain’t really working anymore.
Can you relate?
Business is good. Steady. Or even growing at a nice clip. You see your future and it’s bright, if you can just hold on, keep it all together, and don’t go down in a flaming ball of details.
But back to Ron. He and I discussed his business, his systems, and his personal time management. I offered him the choice of two solutions. He perked up as we discussed the details and said, “You do business owner training. That’s exactly what I need.” His shoulders relaxed noticably and a little bit of tension left his face.
Ron chose a one-on-one package to work with me. And I’d like to tell youabout the other package he and I discussed – a day-long group retreat I’ll be holding in January for business owners just like him.
The day-long retreat will revolve around this signature program I created, which has helped many of clients think and act differently as the business owner (and they’ve increased their revenues – sometimes by double). And I’ll share all the details with you…tomorrow.
Until then, take a minute to re-watch the three videos I created on the Five Essential Business Systems (TM). Check the videos out here:
The Five Essential Business Systems (TM): an overview
The Five Essential Business Systems (TM): neglect = regret
The Five Essential Business Systems (TM): success stories
I’ll share all the details of my business-enhancing, energy-finding, time-creating, money-making event with you tomorrow.
Sincerely,
Angie
P.S. If you know of a business owner (or two!) who want a different relationship with their business – and their role in it – please forward this email to them. And tomorrow’s, too!
