“I’m SO sick…now I can finally get some rest.” <– said by too many professionals I know.
In a world that is SO GO GO GO…
Sometimes it can feel like you need PERMISSION or an EXCUSE to slow down for even a second.
Instead of the sickness, what if *I* gave you an invitation and permission to slow down?
Would you take it?
Or would you continue saying you’re “so busy!”
(That “SO BUSY” badge sucks, by the way.)
I think you are not just addicted to working, you also keep overworking to avoid unhappiness. Discontent. Disilusionment. Disappointment.
Your life isn’t what you want it to be.
You know that.
But/and you’re not sure how to change it.
I know how.
(I’ve done it several times in my life/career, in small and HUGE ways and I’ve helped clients find time to re-engage in hobbies, to clearly see their “what’s next,” to get in touch with what *really* matters to them, to get clear on their values, and more).
Here’s the first step: take a breath. Acknowledge that something’s got to give.
And then consider joining me one three ways:
- Three hours together, slowing down, pondering, listening, hearing your inner wisdom + Truth.
- Three days together, on retreat, quiet, nature, campfires, conversations. And awakening, a knowing, a surety about who you are and who you want to be.
- Three months together, getting crystal clear clarity and forward movement.
Life is short and whether you decide to stay with the same-old, same-old (convenience, reliability, conventional, the expected) OR you decide to step into magic, joy, possibility, and the delightfully unexpected…it’s up to you.
I know which route I’m taking (and it totally involves playing like a human Be-ing)!
Warmly,
Angie
