I guess I start with, “What exactly is a Spasmodic Hercules?”
A Spasmodic Hercules is someone who:
- Has no systems or uses them sporadically (occasionally, inconsistently, in fits and starts)
- Doesn’t quite “get” organization and how to do it
- Feels stress and anxiety over lack of said organization and systems
- Feels the pressure building and tries to ignore it
- Finally explodes in frustration and anxiety
- Blocks out a whole day (usually a precious Saturday or Sunday)
- Throws everything away just to relieve the pressure
- Tries to implement a sort-of-system or process “to keep things organized”
- Still doesn’t understand the root causes of their pain
- And begins the whole process again
‘A small daily task, if it be really daily, will beat the labours of a spasmodic Hercules.’ ~Anthony Trollope
I meet people like this every single day. I meet YOU every single day.
And my joy and pleasure is to teach you the fundamentals of organization and to show you how a solid system, when used regularly (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) can radically change your life and business for the better.
In the meantime, consider how YOU might be acting as a “Spasmodic Hercules.”
And if you are, are you ready to consider how doing things differently could radically reduce that anxiety and frustration and change your business and your life?
Sincerely,
Angie
P.S. If you haven’t checked out my organizing videos, do it today. They’re free and full of the fundamentals of “getting organized.”
